L’apartament està net,ben equipat(a més tot nou) i ben situat A pocs minuts del centre a peu,l’estació de trens al costat que ens ha facilitat fer eixides a altres ciutats.Joanna ens ha ajudat moltissim en la programació de les excursions al camp de concentracio,a les mines de sal,amb els taxi per a l’aeroport…ha estat pendent en tot moment dels horaris,de que els tours foren en espanyol,de coordinar els desplaçaments…de tot. No sabia que l’allotjament podia encarregar-se de totes aquestes gestions i la veritat que ens ha facilitat molt la nostra estada.

The room was beautiful and huge and everything was perfectly clean. It looked exactly like on the pictures of the website. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would stay again when back in Krakau.

Everything was perfect, from the time I got to the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The young man at the reception desk helped me with my luggage and packed me breakfast for the next day (my tour started early in the morning). I was able to wait there after check-out because my train was late at night and they offered me tea and water. I'd definitely stay here again!
