Beautiful place and decoration, very good location close to Plaza de Armas. Room was big with lots of closet space. Confortable bed and there was a heater in the room to help with the cold Cusco nights. Bathroom was also good with nice hot water. Room and bathroom were cleaned everyday. Good breakfast with toast, avocado, cheese, pancakes, honey, eggs and more. Coca tea available around the clock to help with your acclimation. Super nice and helpful staff that saved me by arranging a last minute taxi to the airport and loading my luggage in the trunk while I was getting back from a tour that was delayed. If not by them I would have missed my flight home. Recommend to anyone!

what a great place to stay after the 4d / 3n Inka hike! the staff was more than hospitable - for a really small fee we could check-out as late as 8pm on our last day. The apartment was beautiful and well maintained, we had tea and sugar at our disposal. The place we kept warm with a small radiator which was great.

Wow, to say this is the greatest experience we have had while travelling the world would be an understatement. Everything from the great rooms to the beautiful rooftop were perfect, but the best part of all was pilar and her daughters. They are the most loving, beautiful, welcoming people and made our stay exceptional. We will forever cherish the memories we made on our two week stay, our daughter Remi particularly loved it, and built a beautiful relationship with pilar.
