We had a great stay in the Fort Guesthouse. The Suite was neat and clean having Omani style beautiful interior and with the required facilities available including kitchen appliances and cutlery. Hotel Manager Mubarak and his wife were very warm and welcoming. There is nice breakfast available at very reasonable price. Corniche and muttrah area is at walkable distance from the property. Highly recommended

The owner is so hospitable and helpful. The views are just breathtaking. The sunrise is amazing with the sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. It was very clean when we checked in. The pool is a few meters away with a view of the water and beach - it’s a stoney beach but softer sand can be found if you keep walking along the coast. Overall, a hidden gem in a beautiful small town.

L’appartamento con ottime rifiniture, arredamenti elettrodomestici e utensili per la cucina e’ inserito all’interno di un complesso residenziale turistico alla Marina bay di Muscat proprio di fianco ad un importante hotel della zona con il quale condivide la bellissima spiaggia privata. Da segnalare la grande piscina collocata al centro del complesso raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti inserita nel parco pubblico della struttura dove sono presenti campi da tennis, paddle, e giochi per bambini oltre a punti fuoco e tavoli per il barbecue o un pic nic. E’ presente anche un supermercato. Non c’è una reception ma l’host gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, ti contattera’ dopo la prenotazione via wa per fissare l’ora di arrivo e di accoglienza dove ti spiegherà come accedere all’appartamento, attivare il wi fe e l’apertura della sbarra per accedere all’appartamento e al parcheggio riservato davanti al suo ingresso.

Ahmed is a nice host, very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, had a nice beach view. 5 min away from shopping malls supermarket and airport. This place safe and friendly to stay. I will definitely book this in my future visit.
