pretty much everything. the decor, cleanliness, comfort and friendliness of the host and the list goes on. it was super close to the outlet center with a lot of different shops, restaurants and cafes literally next door.

Super nice breakfast with freshly baked bread, fresh yoghurt, eggs and well presented. The host is super friendly. 5 min from Roermond Outlet. I had forgotten a dress in the room and the host kindly send the dress by post the same day.

Great location near the bus and train station. Nice, clean and spacious accomodation. Very kind and welcoming host explain everything about the accomodation and the city. Fully equiped modern kitchen and cleaning equipment. Very comfortable sitting area and garden.

check in after midnight was the deciding factor for booking, and it worked as though I entered my own house - that smoothly! in the morning we were treated with a very tasty breakfast, also with options to please different tastes. the staff were friendly and professional, they also shared about what places of attraction and popular destinations we might be willing to out during the stay. very happy I booked it. a place to come back.

My daughter and me were on our way back home form a holiday up north and this was the perfect stop over. With a warm, friendly hostess Anouck (I hope I spelled your name right), a very hearty breakfast and a large spacious room that more than satisfied our requirements I can definitely recommend this place.
