We were made most welcome by our host Monique. The location in Assen was perfect being right in the middle of the town with the Market and weekend activity. Easy to access walking in the woods. We enjoyed hearing about the area’s history from our host. We would definitely return if the opportunity arises.

Everything was just perfect, the entry, the parking, the beautiful cottage, the clean rooms and the phenomenal breakfast and to our host Esther: wow, such a sympathetic, friendly, helpful lady. Convenient and close to where we needed to be. Property was more than what we expected and the decor was amazing. Very clean and looked after property

Miranda was such a great host, she had everything taken care of and would easily sort anything not taken care of. Rooms were spacious, as was the bathroom, and guests were given access to a kettle, cutlery, and the garden. Located a 3 minute walk from the Marsdijk shops and from a bus stop, it's a perfect place for a traveller.

The facilities of the camp site such as the indoor play yard are great; Also the location is nice near a natural lake which is nice! Young children will like it here
