The check in was smooth and speedy. rooms was clean and you have everything you need in the unit. very lucky to find this apartment at last minutes(book on the spot and got instant confirmation and check in within 15 minutes upon booking. We were played out by OPUS RESIDENCE who cancelled our booking upon check in! Lousy Opus managing team claimed that they SMS to me half an hour before my check in time and no responds from me... who the hell keep looking at smartphone to wait for him to cancel the booking? ) anyway if tourist go to KL select 5 stars & Luxury apartment and AVOID the lousy optus!

The apartment is new, private, clean and well appointed with everything you need and the building has nice facilities. The location is excellent, a walkway connects the apartment building to the Monorail via level 2 and also the adjoining shopping mall. Located in the central city area, it's an easy walk to other Shopping Malls, Twin Towers (15-20 minute walk) and lots of street food places. Without a doubt this is one of the best places we have stayed, it exceeded our expectations and we will book here again for any repeat visits to Kuala Lumpur. The reception staff and security are very helpful and the owner of the apartment is responsive to questions and texts. Felt like "home" and a place you wanted to go back to after a busy day exploring the city. Highly recommended.
