Scrupulously clean, great size for 5 people, a few minutes walk from Nakakaruizawa Station. Staff were very helpful in answering a few questions I had before our stay.

Offering views of the mountain, Koya Backpackers is located in Karuizawa, 5 km from Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza. Free private parking is available on site. Rooms have a shared bathroom.

The location and building area really beautiful! Waking up to birds chirping outside the very traditional looking walls was wonderful. The house itself is old but it has been renovated beautifully. The shower and bathrooms are very nice and the set up is good.

B&B Hotel Hyochoan, allotjament vacacional a Karuizawa

Opened in August 2012, B&B Hotel Hyochoan offers simple Western-style accommodations. Free in-room WiFi is available and guests can enjoy bird watching from the property’s terrace.

Extremely accommodating and friendly owners who went out of thier way several times during our stay. Firstly, we didn't have a booking to visit the Christmas candle light up at the Karuizawa Kogen Church but they offered to give us a lift anyways to try and visit which we did and somehow managed to get in. Secondly, they insisted on fetching us after dinner which was really kind of them. Lastly, we had a two year old travelling with us and they allowed him to play with a bowling pin set in the dining area. Lastly breakfast was a huge spread and you could see the huge effort they put in the dishes and presentation.

Hotel Wellies, allotjament vacacional a Karuizawa

Situated along a peaceful tree-lined street in Karuizawa, Hotel Wellies offers a British country hotel experience in the highland resort area.

The room is huge and very comfy cottage style. They have a cozy restaurant. We only had breakfast there, and their homemade ham was awesome. We should have had booked dinner there also. The hotel has a list of nice restaurants around the area, and the staffs were very helpful in booking the restaurants.

The property was very warm, comfortable, modern, and felt like home. The home had great amenities and plenty of parking space. It was in an incredible location, close to restaurants and shopping but still had the privacy of being away from the city.

    遅くにチェックインになってしまいましたが笑顔で出迎えてくれました。朝食も焼きたてパン美味しかったです。
