The best location possible. Food is great, bars all around and its walkable to so many major sites (we ended up at the Pantheon just walking over after dinner every night!). Huge space, lovely kitchen and bath as well. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable - they gave us tips on where to eat (best meal I've had in MY LIFE yet), and made every effort to accommodate our queries.

Extremely nice and helpful host. Perfect location, quiet but just 5-15 minutes of walking away from most of main viewpoints of the city. Really good quality mattress. And very... no... PERFECTLY clean room every day. So clean, that stepping inside felt almost like a blasphemy some times.

Terrace is very cosy and we were very lucky to feel the sun’s warmth in mid November while having a nice breakfast with coffee and croissant. Jean and his staff were extremely polite, welcoming and helpful. Jean’s tips for travelling and eating in Rome were spot on. The room was large enough for a family of four, children loved having the stairs and the upper floor. Very satisfactory.
