Yulia the hostess was incredibly accommodating. Welcoming us at 10:30 from the train station and allowing us to check in early. Keeping our luggage until departure at 2:14, calling a taxi, making dinner reservations. Orientating us with a map. On top of that she is a sweet genuine individual that loves her job. The bed the best we have ever slept in, the room the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail with robes, slippers, bathroom amenities outstanding. Breakfast too has a wide variety of quality fruits, pastries, yogurts, cheese, meats and cappuccino. One regret that we only had one night here. Had we known the wonders of the area and this accommodation would have stayed 3 nights and toured form Martins Residence.

The apartment was exceptional in every way! Fully modern & updated. Cleanliness of the highest standard. Location in a quiet residential neighborhood, but easy walk to the center. Giulia & Maria were responsive to requests in a timely manner. Both were gracious and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out. Location! Next to a grocery, within 5-10 min walk to everything you need to see and do. Very clean with excellent staff who made me eggs, bacon and a cappuccino daily. Valentino followed up and met me late at night and even helped me with my luggage, was so thankful for this welcome!

It was like staying in an excellent hotel. Reserved parking space, very good location. The room is thoughtfully designed, with everything you might need. Nice outdoor space, and a wonderfully quirky breakfast room. The breakfast is extraordinary. We particularly enjoyed the savoury filled rolls and the pistacchio cream bun. Actually it was all quite overwhelming! Thank you, Rossella - this B&B was a memorable experience.

Apartment is in top location, if you want to stay near all the attractions then this is the best what you can get. Whole building is very clean. Very nice terrace. Our apartment (AURUM) was very big with two bathrooms. If you like to prepare meals on your own instead of visiting surrounded restaurants (of which there are plenty) then kitchen was fully equipped. Contact with Francesca was always fast and very helpful! Thank you! If I will visit Ravenna next time, this will be my first choice of stay to check!
