The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

We loved everything about the apartment.! The apartment was roomy, clean, comfortable, and in a great location, close to bars and restaurants. The steam shower was an added bonus! Riccardo was friendly, extremely responsive, and helpful. He provided local recommendations, to include a restaurant recommendation, which was excellent! The name of the restaurant is called “Il Cantinone.” We would definitely recommend this apartment, and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in Perugia in the future!

There’s a Pam Mimi market nearby and another a short walk away. Location excellent- just down the hill from the main Piazza. Felt very safe and at home. Dario made everything easy - very helpful with transportation tips and checking in to be sure all was going smoothly.
