Everything is amazing. it is a three level property, ground floor has a very cozy livingroom with kitchen and WC, a gorgeous balcony with amazing views of Ioulida , the sea and sunset. The first floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom and the under level has a huge bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two couples may have their privacy. Decoration cleaningness and the hostess were superb. it’s highly recommended property for staying some steps away from Ioulida and with central location to visit the whole island. Private parking is available as well which is quite a problem if you would like to visit the Chora of Kea.

We really enjoyed our stay there! The room was super clean and relaxing (loved the minimal decoration) and the view was AMAZING! The location was great as we had anything we needed closeby in walking distance. Christos and Christina were very hepfull and welcoming

Exactly as it shown at the photos! The house was very clean and well organised, all the amenities that you need and a very comfortable bed. It is located in the centre of the Chora (Ioulida) with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops at your doorstep The hostess Maria and her team was always there to help and provided all the necessary information for a pleasant stay at the island!
