Beautiful apartment, very quiet area. Just like home, clean and comfortable. Nice neighbourhood with friendly locals!! The bathroom was luxurious and the bedrooms were comfortable. The owners are very easy to contact and very helpful. Highly recommend this accommodation. So close to the train line and shops. Easy walk to the seafront to buy a Rossi ice-cream, delicious!

Boasting a tennis court and views of quiet street, Edelweiss Guest House is a recently renovated guest house situated in Southend-on-Sea, 100 metres from Southchurch Beach.

Great location a few steps away from the beach. Bus stop into town just around the corner. Close to several places to eat and drink. Lovely clean room - spotless - and tea coffee and milk left in the room too along with the necessary bathroom bits. The host Zara was very helpful and had left nothing to chance. Would happily stay here again - recommended.

The service and reception my party of 6 received from Debbi and the team over our 3 night stay was exceptional . Location was fantastic. Hotel was fantastic. But the best of all was the service given to us. Debbi truly went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. The friendliness of the hotel and the people of Southend on Sea was truly amazing Cormac ( team of 6)

Emma, the owner was so charming and helpful in every way. The twin room was small but completely adequate for our needs, spotless and welcoming. Breakfasts were made to suit every requirement with delicious and healthy choices.
