The apartment was perfect, super clean, bright and beautiful. extremely comfortable. the bed felt like I was lying on the clouds, everything worked perfectly, without many noises at night and a peaceful place to spend a few days, very well equipped, everything I needed for a few days the apartment provided. Me and my girlfriend Sarah absolutely loved the apartment it was so clean and welcoming and had the added plus of being perfectly positioned 8 mins 😁 for walking to the 02 arena and the pubs 👍. I was hoping it would be available next year on March 11th. Kindest regards Martyn

A unique accommodation on a canal boat moored at a quay very near the city center. Quite fun! Spotlessly clean and run by a charming host. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton, go elsewhere. But if you are in the mood for something different in a great location with all needs met, give this houseboat a try! There’s an easy to understand guide to the facilities on the boat. Included parking is right at the boat and directions to access are complete and simple. Nearby pubs and cafes. If you go, and you see owner Mark around the boats in the morning, talk to him! He is friendly with loads of stories and information and can tell you all about the boats. Our first visit to Sheffield, an interesting city with lots of history and many restaurants, pubs and historical sights. We hope to be back!

Accommodation was comfortable, cosy and clean. Very modern, well decorated and roomy with quality furnishings. The host had kindly left us bread and eggs and a selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate, jams and marmalades etc. The kitchen was well equipped with quality crockery and cooking equipment and utensils including condiments and other handy dried groceries. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable with quality bedding allowing us to rest well. The bathroom was bigger than expected and well fitted with a good, powerful shower, the host provided free shampoo and shower gel and good quality towels. It was perfect for the 3 of us and in the perfect location for access to the local squash clubs. We would most definitely return if we were in Sheffield again and would highly recommend for a solo traveller, a couple, families of 2 + 2 small children or a family of 3 with an older, adult sized child (ours is 16).
