The gazebo was wonderful. We had breakfast on the patio. There's a large rosemary plant. I used it to cook. . The house was very clean. It was recently remodeled. There was a television in the kitchen and the living room. We will be there next year.

The hosts were so nice and welcoming, it was a pleasure to meet them. The place was adorable, clean, peaceful and comfy, I couldn't ask for more! It was easy to go to and come back from Oxford since the bus stop was very close (line 35, two buses per hour approximately). It's also possible to walk along the river if you've got time, it's a wonderful wonderful walk when the sun is out. I recommend this place and I'd definitely go back for my next trip!

Sabine is a beautiful property and good location if you want to stay a bit away (and in a less expensive area) but still close to Oxford. There are a couple excellent pubs close (but not quite walking distance), and our host provided info on how to get into Oxford by bus -- no parking, bus runs to late, late night! "easy, peasy" The room & bathroom were great (lots of space and very clean), the shared sitting area (with the other 3 B&B rooms) was a nice option. We didn't partake in breakfast, but I'm sure it was excellent and it wasn't too much more.

There was safe off road parking and you could see your car from the apartment. The place was modern, clean and really well cared for. The kitchen was small but fine to cook meals we brought from home. The hobs were easy to use as was the microwave. The bed was very comfortable and again very clean. The rooms were warm throughout. The bathroom again was very clean and there were loads of thick towels ready to use. We didn't use the bus but they were very regular and the park and ride wasn't too far away.
