The location is top notch being directly across the street from the chateau, near the riverside and plenty of restaurants. The apartment is a good size, narrow but deep, roomy compared to typical apartments in Paris. I liked that there were fans available to use since it wasn't desirable to open windows onto the busy street - the apartment is on the ground floor - to get natural air movement. The decor is fun and engaging. The kitchen area is small but fully sufficient. The bathroom and toilette rooms are clean and tidy. The apartment was stocked with most of the little niceties you'd need to make a pleasant short stay - TP, towels, soap, shampoo, dishes, coffee, tea and so on. There were extra pillows and blankets in the bedroom closet. The booklet of suggestions for things to do in the area, where to eat and the like was helpful. The instructions for checking in and out were very clear and the host is communicative and open to your questions. I would recommend this property to those paying a visit to Angers.
