The apartment is a separate part of the house, where the owner also lives. It is located on the first floor and has its entrance. There is a spacious beautiful courtyard with a small table where you can savor food and drinks while enjoying the beauty of the flowering plants. The owner is a friendly and nice woman who respects the privacy of her guests. We only saw her once during our stay. The apartment looks brand new. It is well-furnished inside and looks stylish. You will find everything you need there for an extended stay. It is spacious and well-decorated. The bed is big and comfortable. The best way to get there is by car. It is possible to park the car in the front yard. Unfortunately, you will have to find a parking spot on the street before you check in, which is not as easy as it may seem. Once you check in, you'll get a remote control that will open the gate to the courtyard. There is also an option to get there by public transportation. However, in this case, you will have to walk a little bit. We liked the apartment and would recommend it for a long or short stay in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Our only regret was not being able to stay there longer as we had a return flight from Tenerife.

The flat boasts a central setting, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's attractions. The highlight for me was the charming terrace, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment. Inside, the apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and outfitted with modern furnishings. The kitchen, though large, went unused during my stay but seemed well-equipped for cooking enthusiasts. What stood out was the thoughtful accessibility features, particularly the shower and toilet designed for handicapped access, a great touch for inclusivity. Carmen, the host, was incredibly kind and made check-in effortless thanks to the smart access system. Overall, I highly recommend this flat for its location, cleanliness, and welcoming host.
