The stay at Tenerife Royal Garden exceeded all expectations. The apartment was neat and equipped with everything and more than you need for a pleasant stay, a large terrace with a view of the pool and partly of the ocean. The apartment was right next to a beautiful sandy beach. The biggest surprise was that we got a bigger apartment than the one we booked for the same price. Many thanks also to the manager who accommodates every wish, for example, we wanted a soft mattress, they immediately changed it. Apartment had all cooking facilities, comfy beds, great shower, spotlessly clean, great location, little welcome gift of wine and water. Wifi great. Supermarket across the road. There is no breakfast you cook your own or go to a local restaurant which has very reasonable prices. The local supermarket does baguettes and coffee for a cheap price. The location is quiet which suited me and the local supermarket has most things (apart from rubbish bags. Only one in the apartment) If you want to tour you need to have a car. There is a local bus service from near the hospital which only takes 15 minutes to arrive at Los Christianos. Taxi costs about 10 Euros. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. All serve nice food but the Tree House food is exceptional. Entertainment on the weekends as well. The best thing about the apartment though is the terrace with artificial garden, dining table and sunbed . I didn't bother with the pool as I preferred the terrace.

The top floor is the main living/breakfast area with kitchen & access to the pool from the front. We loved our stay here, the feeling of space & light is exceptional, the decor throughout is stylish & comfortable. Ideal if you want to get away from the hectic centre of Las Americas but a car is needed!
