The location of the apartment complex is great: it is situated on a hill over the ocean, so it has exceptional view of the sea and the coast and it is a few minute walk to an endless sandy beach. Moreover, the apartment is on the top floor (best view) and on the side of the building (just one neighbor). The facilities in the apartment were also very good. The kitchen was well equipped (including basic condiments like salt, spices and vinegar), we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the mosquito-repelling device, which proved to be quite effective. Last but not least, it is clear that the host takes great care of the apartment: it was cleaned meticulously, there was a Christmas-themed towel art, and we received a welcome gift of fruits, bread and refreshments.

We had a great stay in this apartment. Location is very quiet, surrounded by the nature, on the crest of the hill. The view from the balcony is simply amazing - you have panoramic view of Atlantic and you can contemplate beautiful sunrise every morning. Just a few minutes away when you walk down the hill you reach beautiful beach with a pretty lagoon. I strongly recommend to rent a car to arrive in the apartment in a convenient way. Last but not least, Luca is a great host, providing you a lot of useful information about restaurants, shops in the neighbourhood and what is worth visiting on Fuerteventura, and always ready to answer if you have any questions.

The Villa has a great sun deck on the top with spectacular views, which I used for my morning coffee routine. Swimming pool also a plus to cool down on a hot day.
