The apartment was fantastic, large, modern and very cosy. The instructions on where to park and access the room were provided beforehand by the host which was very helpful as we arrived quite late in the evening. Therefore it was the best place to rest and relax after a long travelling day.

I liked that it was very quiet, despite the construction nearby and the railroad. Apparently a very good double-glazed window. I liked that there was a german Bible in the room, although I could not read it.

Am Lindenbaum features inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Friedrichshafen, 12 km from Fairground Friedrichshafen.

Excellent location, with not much more than 5 minutes walk to the lake side. Lots of facilities nearby such as a lovely bakery, restaurants and very pretty church. The building was a beautiful old style German house. The apartment was very big with all the amenities you'd need, and also very clean. The wood burning in the stove in the kitchen was a bonus and we used it every night. The host was also very welcoming and warm, we enjoyed meeting the goats in the back garden too - very child friendly!

The host provided us the information about parking and how to get key. The property was at the attic and was very spacious and well furnished. The kitchen was clean and looked almost new. super market is just across the road and the lake is about 20 minutes walk.

The host, Manuel, was very helpful when we check in, helps to keep our luggage because we have very early lending many hours before our actual check in time, he helps with taxi, information for city attraction's. The apartment is very clean, bright and has everything you need during your stay. The area Bodensee is perfect location
