The place is an absolute gem. Supremely clean, has absolutely everything you might need. The host Ilko is available the entire time, met us in person and explained everything, and was so nice! We only had the time to stay for one night but it was such an awesome night. The flat also has two terraces, so you have sooo much space! Aand the mountain view, of course! For breakfast which you can add on Ilko brought us the most incredible home made mekitsi with locally sourced jam and honey. It was absolutely unbelievable. We really hope to be able to come back some time.

Beautiful place, spacious, well equipped, quiet. Lots of sitting options (in the garden and infoors) We spent 4 nights here, went out and stayed in. Ate put and in. Great time.

Emmy did exceptional work communicating with us, despite the language barrier (we do not speak Bulgarian). The hospitality was welcoming. Emmy was present when we needed her. We had dinner and breakfast which were tasty and good.

The house is very clean and cosy. It has a wonderful view to the surrounding mountains from the balcony (attaching some pictures made there). The hosts were very welcoming and warm people.

Wonderful place, wonderful family, wonderful nature, we felt at home. To be honest we stayed in the dream home we imagined for ourselves. If you are looking for a relaxed holiday, surrounded by forest, tranquility, peace and to hear the birds singing around, that is the place. The hosts made us feel like part of their family, we made friends with the cat Rizhko and the dog Rico, who was our mountain guide when making trips around Trigrad. Thank you very much for everything, we will be back!

If you want to experience excellence food like the cheese that actually is from the farm the people have, go for it. And if you want to have some quality time with the owners, don’t even think of it. Just go and experience it yourself.

L'albergo, molto caratteristico in quanto a forma di castello, è situato nella gola di Trigrad vicino al fiume, il che lo rende unico se siete amanti della natura. Sono disponibili anche posti auto e le camere sono belle e dotate dei principali comfort. Non ho cenato al ristorante dell'hotel, mentre la colazione era ok. Forse il lato accoglienza/check-in potrebbe essere migliorato con personale che parli inglese e fornisca, ad esempio, informazioni sulle attività che si possono svolgere. Oltre alle camere ci sono anche cottage familiari e un paio di ristoranti adiacenti. Dista poco meno di un paio di km dal centro di Trigrad che però non brilla in quanto a attrazioni o cose da fare. Buon prezzo. Possibilità di fare escursioni poiché parte un sentiero direttamente dall'hotel che però non ho percorso.
