The communication with the host was very good, so we had no problem with the parking or with finding the room, although it was 3 a.m. in the morning when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the room looked exactly like in the pictures. The breakfast was excellent, glad we took it! It can be served on a terrace (with views towards the garden) or in the room.

Incredibly serene with a gorgeous view and a garden. The living room/kitchen directly connected to outside space giving this place that cottage home cozy feeling. Place had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. My 2 yr old loved being there so much!! Top place in my books!

The place is as if coming from a fairytale! The house is big, a lot of light and open spaces. Rooms are spacious , kitchens , bathrooms and balconies available as well as huge living room on the disposal of the guests. Very nicely decorated in artistic way! Immaculately clean! Beautiful garden and yard with many opportunities to sit at the open for work, leisure or sun bath. The house is on a top of a hill providing spectacular view. The wood starts just at the end of the street. Very quiet , calm and green place. It is only 20km away from the capital which is 20 min drive. The little town of Bankya also offers hot spring thermal baths and spa. The land lady Dany is sweet, polite, intelligent and caring. She is a great cook too, making her own bread and using only bio products for her fabulous meals! She made me feel as home!

Nice place near the park and mineral bath. The apartment was big enough and clean. Very helpful staff. There is a good restaurant Brezite just a few steps from the hotel. I had a very pleasant stay despite the weather.

I am a very experienced traveler and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked a single room and got a truly cozy room with a very modern interior. I had stayed at a few Bulgarian hotels of the same price category before and this hotel was clearly the best in terms of the room quality. Everything was comfortable and pleasant to the eye. The room was equipped with its own spacious bathroom and shower as well as with comfy beds, a table, a fridge, shelves, mirrors, a bedside lamp, etc. Everything was very clean, and the room remained cool despite the hot summer weather. I really enjoyed staying there and giving online lessons for my work. The windows were protected with mosquito nets, so I could fully open the windows without worrying about insects. And the view from the windows was great, with green trees spanning from the hotel to blue mountains on the horizon. I was also happy with the location. The hotel is situated in a quiet district or town located half an hour train ride away from the Sofia Central Railway Station, and the train fare was just about 0,50€. I bought groceries at a large supermarket that can be reached by foot in 10 minutes. And it takes a 20 min walk to reach the town center with its beautiful park, cafes, shops, and street food. I went there every day to enjoy grilled meat. The host is a kind lady and speaks English so I didn't have any difficulties communicating with her.

We had a wonderful time in Casafamiglia! The hosts are super pleasant, the villa is very big, clean and equiped with a lot of games (ping-pong, badminton, darts, cards and more), pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Thank you so much for these amazing vacation!
