Apartment is clean, nicely decorated and big. Every household item you have at home is available (dishwasher, coffee-machine, oven, ect..) . All of the items are clean, new and easy to use. The hosts are very helpful, they setup a baby-bed beforehand. The apartment gets plenty of light from two sides that have big windows. Also has two balconies to sit and have some coffee or wine. We will certainly visit again, this time without the kids. Thank you Annie and Philippe for this pleasant stay.

Very nice and cosy appartment close to the city center of Spa. Parking just in front of the appartment. Not big but has it all. Even a small terrace with bbq. Very clean, good shower. 2 small bottles of Spa Orange and chocolates on arrival.

The hostess was waitinng for us at arrival. She can only speak French, but with many gestures all went well! The appartment had all you needed for a perfect stay. The matress is very comfortable and the appartment is very clean. Parking outside the appartment was a bit of a problem, but in case all other parking areas failed, we were provided with a spot in the backyard. The terrace is so cosy, but unfortunately gets very little sun and is quite a cold spot. But all-in-all, we enjoyed our stay and will be returning to Le vieux Spa de Polo-Jo!

The host is one of the kindest hosts I've ever met. She is understanding, patient and extremely flexible and helpful. She was available at all times and was keen to help whenever she could! The apartment was really nice, as described, has a microwave and fridge and water boiler. It was extremely clean and the heating worked perfectly for the cold days. Breakfast is served every morning which is sufficient to get you going! Free coffee pads and tea are available and the fridge is full of items you could purchase in case of emergency!

I have been going to the Spa Francorchamps for many years and stayed in various hotels etc. This is , by far, THE BEST PLACE I ever stayed in Spa. You feel at home, this says it all. The owners will do anything to make your stay as confortable and nice as it possible can. I recommend the Villa Sparadis to anybody. I am going back in September for the DTM race...... Max 10 min walking or even less from the city centre. Beautiful common room and room for breakfast. Nice and quite side of the city surrounded by other beautiful villas. There was a kettle and coffee machine in the room with tea/coffie capsules and a fridge. It's very warm there in the winter. The owner is a very nice and pleasant men, very open and helpful.

The house has an unique atmosphere, with its gorgeous staircase, with every element of a decor. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the breakfast he made for us every morning was royal.
