Offering a terrace and panoramic views of the Kitzsteinhorn mountain, AvenidA Panorama Suites is situated in Kaprun in the Salzburg Region, 1 km from Panoramabahn Schaufelberg.

Everything about Avenida is spot on. It is modern and the customer service is second to none. The breakfast and tea and cake in the afternoon after skiing is a lovely touch. It is quite far away from the ski slope but they run a mini bus service to drop you off and pick you up. We all love it here and it is our favourite place to stay in Kaprun!

Situated in Piesendorf, 6 km from Zell am See, FESH LIVING features a garden and free WiFi. The accommodation has a sauna.

Wonderfully modern and clean premises with a lovely personal touch from our hosts - Christoph was both welcoming and very kind - nothing was too much trouble and they really made us feel at home. Sauna facility was lovely also. We would certainly come back and stay again.

It was visible everywhere how the owners take care about their property, rooms and guests. Everything was perfectly clean, great equipment and nice smell:-). Lot of small details! They really do great business and are so friendly.

Good location, great view from the room - really clean one which is worth to point out. Equiped with descriped stuff (tip: read that carefully, there was no kettle in the room but it wasnt listed either :)). Host was genuinely great, very welcoming and caring. Totally recommended płace
