I stayed in the bus. it was so much fun. Very comfortable with nice decorations, a comfortable table and place to sit and excellent bed. Bathrooms were near by and spotlessly clean. I chose to have breakfast and it was excellent. Coffee was delicious and a nice selection of breakfast items. Highly recommended.

Wow! This place is amazing, one of the best I've stayed in during my three years of non-stop travel through different countries. It's brand new and everything is built so nicely, with everything you might ever need. It's far from people and crowds, with mountain views, greenery, and nature around. You'll see cows slowly passing by. There's a huge yard with BBQ and a hammock, and the nights are full of stars. We didn't expect such a high level of comfort. The bed and bathroom are better than in most of the apartments I've rented. The owners are a young couple, friendly and ready to help you. Breakfast is simple but tasty and enough (boiled eggs, butter, cheese, jam, bread, some greens). The road there is good enough so you can reach the destination by a regular car, although it's partly challenging because of narrow streets and steep roads. I highly recommend the place and wanna say - please enjoy your stay with care so such a good places can surprise us by such a good condition!

Spacious, bright, and warm. A wonderful friendly, generous and helpful host family who live next door in a separate building. On the edge of town but with a good road connection to the nearby attractions. Parking available. Good internet, strong connection and fast.

This place is a paradise that you don't hope to find in Armenia! The location is stunning - it is quiet, you are surrounded by nature, and it is beautiful scenery throughout the day. The facilities are spotless clean and everything is taken care with love, every small detail, everywhere you look. Every decoration is interesting, and the interior is very unique. We didn't expect it to be this great, but hands down, this is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed anywhere on our travels. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms are very clean and new. Towels and sheets smell amazing. There are plenty of areas where to hang around inside, and they are all beautiful. We especially loved the swing above the place - what a perfect spot. The owner - another level of hospitality. He was always very attentive and making sure you were fine. We were gifted by the most delicious strawberries and pastries from his wife, and we were allowed to eat the berries that grew there. Not to mention, we shared coffee and nuts together and watched the most beautiful thunderstorm we have ever seen. We decided to stay extra (3rd) night, and needed to load our groceries, so he took us to the shop and back in the cleanest car we have ever seen 😍 The kittens in the yard are so lovely, and the husky dog Taiga is very sweet also. For the third night, we moved to the smaller house that is designed by the owner, and it is so authentic and cosy, you feel like you are staying in the countryside with 5 star hotel facilities. I could go on and on about this place, you have to come and experience it by yourself. This is not to be missed if you are in the area. It’s in a nice quiet part of town with a wonderful farm like feel to the place with fruit trees, walnuts, grapes and berries growing in the garden. Down the back they have chi Ken’s and rabbits. The room was pleasant, good air con, and very clean bathroom. And the included breakfast? Delicious!!!Aida (the mum) is an excellent cook. She even made me dinner both nights - also delicious. Jemma (her daughter) spoke excellent English and helped out when I had a problem locating the place. Ashot (her son) arrived the second day and was spent the afternoon chatting with me and other guests about history, food and wildlife. This is such a lovely place to spend one or many nights in. And the whole family are a delight.
