Located in Horta and only 1.8 km from Praia da Conceição, Alice´s House provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Alice is a wonderful host. She was very helpful with organizing transport to the Caldeira. She also offers to do laundry for free, which I found very nice. The house is on the hill, offering a nice view on Pico and surrounded by a well-kept garden. The walk from the harbour to the house is a bit steep. I considered it to be a nice workout but for some people it may be easier to reach with a car.

Located within 1.9 km of Praia da Conceição and 2.5 km of Praia de Porto Pim, H18 provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Horta. We loved our stay here. The hosts were super nice and helpful. There was a delicious breakfast in the mornings with homemade items such as yogurt, jams and cake to go along with the other breakfast items. Coffee and cake were available throughout the day. There was labeled spaces in the fridge to leave your items and then kitchen had all of the cooking items you would need. The rooms were nice with a little balcony and great view of Mount Pico. Great location on the island.

Located 600 metres from the small island airport, Quinta das Buganvílias is surrounded by a large park with lush vegetation. everything was perfect, the views, the people, the breakfast, the room. will definitely be staying here again. Prices for this hotel are so cheap i could not believe what i got for only £50

Situated in Horta, the recently renovated Mar Rosa - Terraço Vista Praia features accommodation 1.4 km from Praia de Porto Pim and 2.1 km from Praia da Conceição. The property is a house overlooking the beach, the rooms themselves don't have the oceanview per se but have access to a terrace that does. It was clean and the lady who runs it, Alice, is very nice. Location is also very close to the center of town and nice restaurants and right behind a hiking trail along with the whaling/whale oil museum.

Faial Cottage B&B is situated in Cedros and offers a kitchenette, a terrace. The property has panoramic ocean views as well as garden views and is 12 km from Horta. Beautiful property, great views over the sea and landscape, very comfortable bed! Hosts were so accommodating and caring and the daily breakfasts perfect! Extra nice touches, like wildflowers in the kitchen and bathroom, helped make it extra special!
