Everything was absolutely wonderful! Elena and Jerry really go the extra mile. The house is full or Jerry’s art, which gives it a nice homey touch. You can tell that they love what they are doing. Also if you have any questions about Faial they have the best advise. We tried out all recommended restaurants and coffee shops and they were all good. We would come back any time. The property is a house overlooking the beach, the rooms themselves don't have the oceanview per se but have access to a terrace that does. It was clean and the lady who runs it, Alice, is very nice. Location is also very close to the center of town and nice restaurants and right behind a hiking trail along with the whaling/whale oil museum.
