Located at only 10 min by foot from the Otranto center (2 min by car), our room was very spacious, flawlessly clean and with impeccable style, floors and walls felt high quality, huge beautiful bathroom with a waterfall style shower, towels and bed smelled so fresh, a large wardrobe with automatic lights, in a few words: every detail was thought through and it showed. The owners were very nice as well, very helpful and friendly! In a few words it was perfect and we would come back at any time! The tenuta is an amazing brand new hotel (the building is in traditional style but only one year old), located at only 5 min from Otranto, in a very quiet typical Salentino landscape, surrounded by olive trees. We got an unexpected upgrade to a beautiful, spacious apartment with a huge private garden (shower in the garden as well) , in fact all rooms had a private patio. The king size bed was of high quality, so comfortable and we also got 3 types of pillows to choose from. The apartment was spotless clean and the staff took very good care of us. We had a mini fridge, espresso machine, bluetooth stereo. There were big windows and excellent functioning air conditioning units in both of the rooms. The breakfast was excellent, very generous, composed by Italian cold cuts, cheese, fruits and several kinds of delicious pastries, juices, capuccino, caffe latte -etc. Francesco (the owner) was the best host , going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant; he has recommended some great restaurants in Otranto and also nearby (one of the best is at the masseria across the street) and gave us some good parking and sightseeing tips ( beaches and historical places ).

This location is far only 9 minutes by car from the most beautiful attraction in the area Torre San't Andrea , but there are others beaches nearby, just 2 minutes from Frasanito beach where the Giro di Boa restaurant is located, where I recommend having dinner in a location with the music of the waves. The room is equipped with a very comfortable large bed. Cleaning every day, delicious breakfast and very nice staff.

The breakfast is incredible - sweet (homemade cakes and jams, fresh fruit from the garden) or savory (eggs, cheese, meat etc). All super fresh and tasty. We also appreciated Lucia's recommendations!

Clean and comfortable rooms. Calm and quiet at night. Great location to visit Baia dei Turchi and Otranto from. Apartment has everything u need - oven, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine etc. coach was comfy to sleep in - we were 3 ppl. I highly recommend this place. Private underground parking and above it all Antonio, the gentleman at the reception, his kindness, was well above the average. We will definitely book it again at the first opportunity. You can choose public crowded beach or empty private beach-both are very close. It is spacious and has also something like terrace so you can enjoy the night with the drink and the stars in the terrace. Otranto is very beautiful, elegant historical city full of restaurants and shops. This place is definetly worth of another visit.
