Also Katie's cakes are delicious, available for us during all day with tea at the Hotel's conservatory. Rich also provided us with good advice and information on things to do in Eastbourne. Beach front locations, walking distance from the pier and town centre is perfect. I look forward to come back and stay again at the Seaview.

This was one of the best places we stayed. We entered the hotel around 8pm and was greeted by Gaynor, a lovely, lovely host who instantly made us feel at home. It felt less like a hotel and more like a home we were invited to. There are well-designed Eastbourne themed props decorating the hallway and you’ll appreciate every detail. Gaynor also cooked breakfast every morning—we were given a form that asks what time we would like the breakfast and had a variety of options(sides and vegetarian menu included) we can choose from. Our room was the only room on the second floor, and had a vintage English theme. There are plenty of towels, tray for shoes, 2 robes, iron and board, fridge, and amenities—there’s a tray of tea/coffee/hot chocolate with biscuits and an electric kettle. Everything you need is there, but we could also fill a form to ask for something if we wanted. Everything was so clean. Location was also excellent—3min walk away from the beach. There’s also a restaurant called the Beach Deck across the street that overlooks the clear beach view and has decent menu. Less than 15 minute walk away is the pier where you can take the hop on-off bus to get to Beachy Head and/or the Seven Sisters. Perfect stay!
