The host is professional, down-to-earth, sharp with prompt contact and follow ups, very welcoming, well-spoken and offers sightseeing activity services in Sousse and other cities. 2. The location is at the heart of a typical traditional neighbourhood of Sousse, where you are fully immersed in an authentic experience as is. 3. The place is a traditional tunisian house style, kept clean and well maintained, great attention was paid to small details of decoration. 4. This is becoming a melting pot of cultures brought by travellers from all around the globe, nice conversations with the other guests. 5. Check their instagram & photos to get an idea, it gives an accurate teaser. Firm handshakes all around untill I visit Sousse again ~

Located within 200 metres of Bou Jaafar and 600 metres of Bhar Ezzebla Beach, Residence ElFaracha provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Sousse. We had a simple short stay in Sousse and felt well taken care of by Samir (who lives on the same floor). The host was communicative and reachable via texts/phone. The location is perfect, a stone throw away from the long sandy beach and a short 10 minute walk to the medina and train station. Very convenient location for day trips and plenty of options for food/cafe. All requests were promptly taken care of and we appreciated the great hospitality.

Nice restaurant 200 meters north on the beach open all day.

Situated in Chott Meriem, near Plage Chott Mariem and Tantana Beach, Résidence les Dunes- S+3 -Chott Meriem Kantaoui Sousse is a recently renovated property, featuring, a seasonal outdoor swimming... The apartment is amazing! Well decorated, balcony with greate view, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, close to the beach. The mom of the owner did the check-in and check-out. She speaks no english but no problem at all and she was very sweet and showed us the apartment. We visited in winter time so no pool or anything open, but the apartment is great and well worth the money! 🙂👌
