Location! It was close to almost everything like restaurants, transportation, parks, main tourist areas. Safe and quiet place. I will return next trip for sure. No mention the bonus of three bedroom for all family members.

La Casa del Che Fernando se encuentra en Lima, a 9 km del centro histórico, y ofrece WiFi gratuita en todas las instalaciones. I stayed here twice. The owners are very helpful, helped booked me airport pick up, making my fist night in Peru very smooth.(car ride from airport to Fernando’s place less than 20 minutes). And helped me get a car back to airport. And they allow me left my pack back in her home for a week, and flexible for my changes on schedules. Owners speaks good English, tentative, and the breakfast was nice, with fresh juice, great coffee, eggs, bread… Room is on the basic-side, but has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Great value for people who travels on budget like me.

Everything really high quality and it's clear they really care. Location is great, 5 minutes to the cycling / running path along the cliff top, and the whole area is quiet and safe. Best breakfast I've had in 8 months travelling. Kept my luggage while I went to Huacachina. Hot showers, fast WiFi, the list goes on. I almost never rate anywhere a 10 but this place is exceptional!

La ubicacion: cerca de todo, del shopping Larcomar, del mar para poder ir a ver el crepusculo, lugares para ir a comer... La amabilidad de los recepcionistas

Este Second Home es una majestuosa casa de huéspedes de 4 estrellas situada junto a la playa Barranco de Lima. The property was like a second home. Tranquil and relaxing with many good restaurants close by. Markets and shops too. The staff were relaxed and attentive and we enjoyed talking with them about the area and life in Lima. The views from the hotel were incredible. It was an art gallery inside and around the property, so it was hard to leave and see other things during the day. We are so glad to have stayed here on our last few days in Peru, to close our journey with some very special memories. We would definitely recommend this property!
