This is a lovely locally owned/managed small guest house. It is run by Sudeka and his family who are from the area. Great attention has been paid to every little detail and it is the simplicity that makes the place so special. We came for the safari and it was close enough to the park so getting there was not an issue. I look forward to returning and doing the Tuk Tuk safari that they offer of the birds and crocs! It’s a great time to support small businesses in Sri Lanka!

We could go for hours talking about Beach Bungalow Yala and especially its people. babu, Roshan and the team are the best people we met in Srilanka and probably in the world. They are kind, generous, genuine, sweet, smiling all the time. The stay was unforgettable in everything, the place itself is heaven on earth, the food is wonderful, the beach, the dogs, the cats… and again what made everything special was the energy of the people. We will never forget them in our entire life and we are coming again to stay here and to visit them.

Το Kingfisher Beach Resort -Yala είναι σε Kirinda, σε απόσταση 200μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Nidangala και διαθέτει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, βεράντα και μπαρ. Beautiful house in a divine environment, you just hear the sound of the waves and the peacocks! Shehan the owner is super super nice and he became a friend he is a warm and giving host and a wonderful cook!

Το Treasure Rock διαθέτει καταλύματα με εστιατόριο, κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και βεράντα, ενώ το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Nidangala απέχει 10μ. I did not stay here while in Kirinda due to limited space (the owner and I connected on Whatsapp and he helped in finding me another property nearby) but most of the people in my group did. I wanted to write a review based on my experience with the property and the communication with the host when they realized that they were double booked. We had dinner for 16 there and it was amazing. The Host family is great and the property is in an amazing location. My friends that stayed there loved it. It’s a little bit more expensive than some of the other options but from what I could see it’s worth it!
