Welcoming staff,very friendly and helpful, the place is quiet and relaxing and not too far from the main road. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Kapuas. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good and freshly made.

Staff is super helpful and nice. They organized us a private snorkelling tour when we booked the room for the following day at our most convenient time. You can also have dinner and breakfats. it’s super delicious and good price. The room was spacious and very clean. Nice pool If you go to this part of Lombok I totally recommend.

Mango Tree House se află în Gili Trawangan și include o grădină, un lounge comun, o terasă și un bar. The rooms are very clean and the whole property is super cute. It’s just a super short walk to the beach and everything else is reachable by foot. Yarto and all of the other staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! They’ll also help you organize trips and basically everything else you might need. I would definitely recommend this stay and also visits again :)

The staff will tell you about horse riding and diving activities. Water pressure was giod in the shower, very good pillows and a/c was blowing cold. Small walk to the beach where I saw turtles with remoras attached to them. I also saw a baby blacktip reef shark on the shore at night time snorkeling with a torch.

Villa Tokay - Luxury Private Villas se află în Gili Air și are vedere la piscină, biciclete gratuite, o piscină în aer liber, o grădină și o terasă. Our stay was the best! Everything you could possibly need on the island is provided (e.g. snorkeling gear, bicycles…). The villa is clean and looks great! You immediately get a comfortable feeling there. The breakfast is also very good and the staff was super nice and helpful with anything! I can really recommend this place. Also they had really good restaurant recommendations which we followed every day. The bed was comfortable and clean, you could even choose between a hard or soft pillow.

We have traveled all over Indonesia, staying in numerous excellent hotels and bungalows, yet this place has been the most amazing by far. There is an immediate feeling of comfort at the reception with the lovely team. They have been available 24h for every little wish we had. The villa is built in a way that has the best feng shui ever. Every wall is rounded and you feel like there are no corners or edges anywhere. The details are full of surprises starting with even the dental hygiene kit ;) And then there is the POOL! What an amazing feeling to be able to jump into the ever refreshing water anytime you want. The bed - pure heaven! Finally been able to sleep through the night. Fantastic beach close by. You can order food from the area directly to your room. Including the most delicious pizza we've had in all over south east asia. So many more things to say but we dont want to spoil all the surprises. 10/10

We were travelling with kids and sensitive toddler, so decent kitchen appliances are something that is really nice to have. The property have stove and big fridge which we are grateful for, and comfy sofa, spacious space, lastly the Tropik team was super helpful during our stay.

Sammy cottage senggigi se găsește la mai puțin de 1 km de Plaja Kerandangan și oferă o grădină, o terasă și unități de cazare cu aer condiționat, WiFi gratuit și balcon. The room and facilities were ok. The staff was what really stands out here: they were really helpful renting a scooter (they have new ones), arranging transportation and also recommending local activities to do.
