It’s a little outside of the tourist part of San Pedro but close to the local market

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, everything we needed was there. The facilites were fantastic. Host was very helpful and responded to our request well. Close enough to Panajachel to get to easily but not in the middle of everything. Perfect both for people who want to go and do tourist things or those who want to relax in a jacuzzi.

Set 24 km from Volcano Atitlan, Una Noche Con Mical offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden. Mical was a fantastic host with such a lovely ;family. The location was great as it was local to the busy strip/ centre but very quiet. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay there!

Amazing view of the lake, safe (albeit lively - bring ear plugs) neighborhood, very well equipped apartment with fully stocked kitchen (even had oil and salt), extremely clean and comfortable bed and mattresses, very convenient location that was walking distance to the piers, restaurants, and tour agencies/hotels that you can book activities with. The host was very kind and polite, and recommended very well priced food, transportation and tour options. The host was also accommodating in allowing the guest to leave luggage in the apartment before and after check in and check out times.

Situated in San Pedro La Laguna in the Solola region, Apartamento Jacob has a terrace. The Volcano Atitlan is within 24 km of the apartment. - The place is a bit further (yet still within walking distance) from the main touristy area. This makes it much calmer and less noisy - The weekend /weekday markets are across the street. You got a bit of an additional authenticity through those (plus you can easily buy delicious fruits) - The owner was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions about the place, the neighborhood and the town - We were also allowed to check out in the afternoon which was a huge help for us (by not having to spend hours in the summer heat while waiting for our shuttle)

The property sits on the lake Atitlan which you can see every morning from your bedroom and from the balcony at night. If you are looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation, this is the place! We barbecued every night and enjoyed the serenity of Guatemala. Assistance is just a message a way, the locals who look after the propoerty always have a smile on their face and will be happy to run to the village for any errand.

Located in San Juan La Laguna, Mundo Abu San Juan La laguna offers beachfront accommodation 26 km from Volcano Atitlan and provides various facilities, such as a private beach area, a fitness centre... Gerson and Carlos gave me the most welcoming feeling during my entire stay at Mundo Abu! They did their absolute best to make me feel at home. The place is magical with a beautiful lake view and just a short walk from San Juan. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept in so far in Guatemala, the shower is hot and the rooms are clean and spacious. There was no breakfast menu when I got here, but they made a lovely breakfast for me on request! I would highly recommend everyone to spend some nights here to do some kayaking, water biking or simply chill at the pier with a nice book and enjoy the bon fire in the evening. Can’t wait to come back and many thanks to Carlos and Gerson!

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Amankaya Atitlan is a recently renovated guest house located in Cerro de Oro, 18 km from Volcano Atitlan. Great place on the lake, with beautiful sunsets and nice amenities. The host, Fernando, is extremely friendly and helpful any time we needed. He even got up to help us get a boat at 6am! We very highly recommend staying in this peaceful house across the lake!

Located in Santa Cruz La Laguna in the Solola region, Rustic Charm and Breathtaking Views features a balcony and garden views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. Amazing place with great views over the lake and volcanos. Clemens was excellent host, very helpful and charming.
