Quick and friendly check-in and a nice clean room with balcony and view to the ocean - we loved that. It was a bit too cold to sit outside, but with the bug screen we were able to enjoy some fresh ocean air inside the room. The room is big, nice bathroom and a fridge to store wine or beer. Beds were comfy and we slept quite well. The location is nice - walking distance to the restaurants - we of course opted for the southern-most pub on Australia's main-land (at least that's what they claim).

I booked the place with urgency so I didnt have high expectation but it turned out that it was one of the best experiences that I've had in my many years of travelling. Stuart's place was spotless clean, very well decorated, and calm. The room has everything we needed. Very nice bed, heater etc. Kitchen and bathroom are very clean and well equipped as well. But what makes it so special was Stuart's hospitality, and we really enjoyed talking to him and his partner.

Birds sing in the background and we met kangaroo in the morning. We took a lot of pictures of the starry sky on the big lawn. We enjoyed the staying and I wish we had more time to stay there.

Este establecimiento está situado en Torquay, a solo 1,1 km de la playa de Torquay. the place feels like a real home, very authentic and we love the additional touches like the piano and board games. only stayed for a night and regret that we werent able to fully experience the house.

We were upgraded fromy original Train Carriage booking to a mobility friendly cabin. The park is right beside the Moyne river and the environment is very quiet. Port Fairy is a great little town, and I would most certainly stay at the Pelican Waters again in future. The hosts were most accomodating for us.

El Cherry Plum Cottages está rodeado de jardines tranquilos en Port Fairy y ofrece aparcamiento gratuito fuera de la vía pública. Location was lovely a little out of town. Very welcoming and friendly hostess. Lots of nice extra touches like good quality toiletries and selection of teas and coffee.
