We were allowed to check in an hour earlier than the check-in time and provided everything you wanted to know via WhatsApp message. Every day, they are very proactive in offering to clean the room. The location is super nice and everything is walkable to the beach, restaurants, pharmacy, literally, everything you would need.

The host is very friendly and welcoming. They let us check in a little early with no problem and were happy to hold our luggage for a few hours after we left. This is a full-fledged one-room apartment where you feel really like home. There is everything you need for a long-term stay. The apartment is bright and sunny, which is important for Da Nang. The comfortable bed is amazing. The wonderful staff who will help with any question speaks English. We have stayed here several times and always tried to choose this particular hotel apartment. The Lagom is very near to cafes, restaurants, and all the main places in the sea coast.
