The location is very good, right next to the Visionire square. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. They also provide cutlery, very suitable for family travel. I think they take guest satisfaction very seriously. They provide great service. Recommend!

Location is great, lots of choices for eating with many cafes and restaurants. Apartment was clean, daily service provided, has microwave, toaster and two hot plates. Bed was very comfortable with lovely soft sheets.

Rooms are beautifully decorated; the dining, the sitting room, the courtyard, cellar, spa, every space has its own identity and ties in with the theme of the hotel superbly. It was also clean and spotless. Sheets and bedding are soft and comfy. Staffs are welcoming, friendly and super helpful. They have a pianist and violinist playing at breakfast and at different periods throughout the day, it was the most relaxing environment to be in. We wanted to know if there was a laundromat near the hotel, but instead we were offered complementary laundry service instead! Location was great. We are not going to stay anywhere else the next time we're in Lisbon again. Definitely the best hotel we've ever stayed in.
