Mary made our stay so much better than expected. the flat was in a quiet yet central location, near some excellent restaurants. it was very clean and Mary provided everything for a memorable stay. definitely recommend and would go again.

Location was great! Quiet place in packed Venice, a true Venice experience for us when we open window, then one sees water below you and local boats passing you by.

The apartment was quite spacious & clean even had all toiletries set up in bathroom,very central next to San marco square Nicola was very helpful & met us at our stop to bring us to the apartment very friendly I would highly recommend this apartment it is nicer than the photos & I will definitely stay here again thank you Nicola😀

Dzīvoklis (tīrs un mājīgs) atrodas Pelestrīnas salā. Tā ir nākamā 11 km liela sala aiz Lido salas. Vieta, kur valda miers, man tas izlikās kā tāds zvejnieku ciemats. Brokastis gatavojām paši (virtuvē bija viss nepieciešamais), bet saimniece bija sarūpējusi gan kafiju, sulu, grauzdiņus, kas ietilpa cenā. Ieteiktu tiem, kuri negrib visu laiku atrasties pilsētā, bet izbaudīt arī Itālijas salu iedzīvotāju dzīvi. Pateicoties saimnieces ieteikumam aizbraucām ar vaporetto uz tuvējo Chioggia salu, kas ir skaista un kur notiek ļoti liels tirgus no 7:30 - 12:30. Pateicoties saimnieces ieteikumam iegādājāmies 7 dienu biļeti, kas ļoti atviegloja ceļojumu, jo nebija jādomā, kur kurā vietā iegādāties biļeti uz attiecīgo maršrutu.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well equiped and the host is nice and helpful. Everything is close by and the neighbourhood is very relaxed. We definetly can recommend this apartment :-) The terrace and the view are amazing!

As we were looking to stay close to Arsenale the location was great! Apartment super clean, basic equipment but all what you need. And as in Venice is always hard to find a dry and warm stay - this apartment had both!
