Communication was easy and Lucia was waiting for us in front of the house with the keys. Since we came by car, private parking in the garage in the same building was a huge bonus. The location is good, it was a bit of a walk to Piazza Colombo and a bit more to the sea. The apartment is spacious and had all the amenities. It wasn't a problem that Lucia didn't speak English well. We got everything figured out.

The apartment was stylish and had everything you can think of, from AC to fully equipped kitchen, capsule coffee machine, washing machine, dining table, dozen of electric sockets to charge my 2 smartphones, camera, external batteries, etc. Nice modern bathroom as well. Great value for money. The host was welcoming and always ready to help.
