The room is very carefully decorated, which shows that the landlord is a very refined person. The room is kept spotless and coffee and wine are provided. It is a very pleasant stay.

Amazing place, we really felt like at home 🤗 Very comfortable, sparkling clean and spacious, 5 min to the sea, with comfortable bed and quiet cozy balcony, where is perfect to have morning coffee or home dinner if you like it 😊 Really enjoyed every moment here. Communications with the lady-owner is additional kind of pleasure, I would want communications with my own family were same way so kind. We would want to come here again♥️♥️♥️

This house is truly wonderful! Free bike rentals were a great touch. Diego, the owner, was incredibly helpful and made our stay unforgettable. The beach is just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

is’s an older hotel, but due to the fantastic maintenance of the two owners, it’s a great place to enjoy your holiday. it’s very close to the beach and the boulevard. the rooms are extremely clean, and you can use bikes for free. if needed the owners will provide you with information about everything. for us it was the best location on our 4 week road-trip to Italy. Grazie Mille !!!!

The apartment is absolutely perfect - modern, well-organized and with great equipment. The location is excellent - on the first line from the sea, in a very nice part of Versiilia. The public beach is very close. There are two bikes that you can freely use - you can ride them on a wonderful bike path along the sea.

Amazing service - due to traffic we arrived at 1.30 at night but Massimo was there waiting for us with a smile! Cristiano gave us comfort along the way as he confirmed the late check in! Very modern and clean appartment! I would certainly recommend!

The villa is really spacious, well maintained and 10 mins walk to the beach. WiFi was great and the kitchen well equipped for a short stay. We would happily stay again

great location, close to the beach , restaurants and shops. Veeery comfortable bed. It was super clean- i have allergy to dust and usunally have to double clean when i come to the new apartament but this one was very clean. Kitchen very well equiped. the host very nice and helpful, gave us great tips and information regarding the city
