The stay was amazing. A light and welcome space with a beautiful view at the sea. It was a pleasant discovery that our room turned out to be a mini-suite with a bedroom overlooking the marine and town panorama, another small room with a couch which we used as a dressing room and a nice bathroom with shower big enough for two. The rooms were very light, nicely decorated, reflecting the surroundings and creating a nice "vacation by the sea" vibe. Caterina was an amazing host, the best one could wish. She left a warm feeling in the heart and added good memories to the whole trip. I cherish our talking at breakfast, stories and advises. Also it was my birthday at the day of the arrival (which was noted when booking) and when we checked in, there was a flower in a pot waiting in the room with a birthday card! It was so sweet! Now this flower is growing on my balcony and makes me smile every day. Such a wonderful way to gift someone a beautiful memory! Breakfast always left us pleased with selection of drinks, bruschette I could enjoy all day and above all Caterina's homemade pies. I borrowed a number of recipes from her, they were so good! Also as guests we had a discont in a number of restaurants nearby. What a pleasant surprise! In all, I couldn't reccomed Tre Finestre sul Mare more! In fact, we have already recommended it to our friends and family! Looking forward to come back! ❤

Wonderful location! Walking distance from the beach and local shops.

The room was clean. Breakfast also was good enough. There are a lot of stores near the place. Also owner was polite. My card isn't work and I have oblige to pay it by cash. The owner wait me 2 days to pay cash.

Location was perfect next to the beach and just a stone throw from central Grottamare with great pizza and gelato right outside the door

It really is in the fantastic little old town. The New Town down at the beach is nice enough, but it is more than worth the climb to stay here in an old house, that has been thoroughly renovated to become a really nice little B&B.
