Easy to communicate with owner, asked a number of questions before arrival including ferry timetable and owner took the time to research this and respond. Quick to respond too. Was very easy to find and arrived well before the check in time but they were able to get the room ready a hour before and also took our suitcases to store even earlier than that. Rooms very clean, nice and comfortable. Fridge stocked with water and a bottle of beer (nice touch), coffee machine and pods which were restocked each day. Able to use Netflix on the TV as well. Was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if I came back to that area.

I stayed 8 nights with my family in Villa Elena in Desenzano del Garda - it was no less than perfect!!! The host (dearest Sophia!) took care of us as if we were her closest family! She spoiled us with generous & super fresh breakfasts! She was always available for any question we had and also shared with us tons of information & suggestions! The rooms in her Villa are brand new!! (you could actually smell it! :) The design is so beautiful and modern. The location of the Villa is perfect - a quiet neighborhood 2 minutes walking from the lake! In short, if you intend to visit Desenzano del Garda - don't miss Villa Elena!!!

Large, bright and clean apartment, with a large beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. The location is perfect, in the very center. We had a nice welcome from a girl called Beatriz. She was very kind and professional, she explained everything to us in detail about our stay in the apartment and all the activities and happenings in Desenzano. Big praise for her! Hospitality of hosts is extraordinary. Without asking for it, Alberto gave us a ride from/to the train station. Breakfast was made personally just for us. We enjoyed the stay a lot!

Serena was so helpful and friendly. Really put us at ease 😊 Location is fantastic and right next to the lake and main part of the town. lots of great restaurants in very close proximity and also really close to the boat to get across to Sirmione. The room felt very safe and secure to leave everything in which was really important to me as I was travelling with all my work equipment.

Very clean. ideally placed surrounded by lovely restaurants and less then a minute walk from Lake Garda. Owners were brilliant help and met us at the property to show us around. walk in shower is huge!

The hosts provided a light breakfast and coffee. The coffee maker requires specific pods and the host was very kind to provide extra pods when we were not able to purchase more.

Riccardo was an amazing host: very friendly and always smiling. Flexible check-in and Check-out. The house was spotless and had all necessary amenities. Very centrally located near the lake. There is a ferry point close to the stay where we can get boats to go to sirmione or peschiera. There was ample availability of parking spaces inside. But the best of all was the host. He provided us a lot of info about attractions nearby and was available round the clock. We would be very happy to visit again!
