The property is at the hearth of the City, you can easily walk to seaside, restaurants. The room is clean.

The room was clean, very comfortable and well maintained. We had coffee machine and coffee pods available, as well as fridge and microwave, making this more than an ordinary room. It is beautifully decorated with care for every little detail. The host Laura was very friendly and kind. Also, the location is perfect, 5-10 minutes by bus from the Poetto beach, with the same distance from the city centre. Breakfast was delicious, you could choose between sweet (croissants, brioche, cakes...) and savoury (small pizzas, variety of sandwitches...) snacks and order any drink from the menu. I highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly come back!

it was very nice, looked new and clean. the location could not have been any better!!! we got some waters on arrival, the kitchen had some snacks, coffee and teas we could use. the host was lovely and arranged our taxi to the airport as well. everything was perfect!!
