The host was very kind and helpful, contacted me few hours before check-in with detailed instructions. The location is awesome - restaurants are close, the sandy beach is close, Nero's house is close. The parking is on the street and there's a plenty of it - we parked in front of the door. The room was extremely clean, well equipped, and the view from the terrace was holywood-like.

I think we liked everything: - room is clean and comfortable, with air conditioning - breakfast was amazing: tasty and big choice of food options - terrace is great: with view and direct beach access - sea is also very clean and beach is not overcrowded Our point is 11 out of 10, definitely worth every euro we paid 😀. I loved everything about the guesthouse! The whole property is gorgeous. The room was clean and spacious and the terrace outside is lovely. Connie was a very welcoming host and I enjoyed our conversations a lot. The pool was a highlight and very welcome in the July heat. It is a short walk from the station and to the main town and you dont need a car to get around. Great value for money&would recommend staying here when visiting Anzio :-)

The apartment is situated in a very quiet and green part of Anzio. It is very well equipped (new equipment) and everything is beautifully clean and well maintained. The advantage is also a parking space in the closed area in front of the apartment. The reality is perhaps even better than in the photos. The owner is a very friendly and helpful person. We enjoyed our stay very much and didn't miss anything.
