The rooms are of exceptional quality and can easily compete with 4 star hotels. To be honest some of the 4 star hotels we visited during our vacation did not even come close to the standard of the room we experienced here at Sanpiero Island. Mary, the manager of the place deserves a special mention and appreciation. She was very communicative, answered our every question and helped us out with something even a few days after we left the place. It's so wonderful to be hosted by someone so accommodating and dedicated to creating a pleasant experience. You definitely feel taken care of in Sanpiero Island! The breakfast is very delicious and served at the Sanpiero restaurant which is located right next to the accommodation, and to the beach – you eat breakfast looking right at the sea. If you decide to stay in Laganas, Sanpiero Island is a number 1 recommendation in that area! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful sea view, beach just in the front door - with sunbeds. These Apartments are in a quiet place, but the tavernas, pubs, shops.. are in a walking distance. The rooms are big, the beds comfortable, the design is incredible. Next to the accomodation there is a traditional greek restaurant and a beach Bar. You can rent boat, sup, kayak... Special thanks to Niki for the little present:)) and to the cute dogs for the lovely minutes! We will come back. :)

My brother and I came to stay for a week and we had the most amazing time! Dennis met us on arrival and showed us the beautiful apartment - the balcony is even better than the pictures! Both beds were very comfortable, lots of hot water available, full kitchen, washing machine etc. Everything you could need. The apartment is a short walk from everything in town and the views really are incredible. You get the sun in the morning so we spent each morning sipping coffee and watching the boats in the harbour which was the perfect start to each day. Perhaps the biggest bonus of all is Dennis! He was so helpful and gave us fantastic suggestions of things to do, where to eat (including the best gyro on the island - it didn't disappoint!), places to see, where to rent a car etc. He was always available for a chat and nothing was ever too much to ask. I really can't recommend Three Graces enough!

the fact that they put soo much effort into this place and really care about their guests and their stay, it really shows in the property. such an adorable accommodating family, Petros and Sophia (sorry if I spelt incorrectly) and their 4 well mannered children. As a solo traveler it was really nice to stay with them, they will treat you like part of the family. they were always at hand and helped with whatever I needed even helped me to get a scooter and picked me up and dropped me to the airport as I missed my ferry there and got a plane. the rooms themselves are nice cute little balcony on some where you can watch the sunrise/set. would come back just to stay with them.

The host had been a very kind one. I loved she prepared for me a glass of juice, like a welcome drink after a long trip. The apartment is very close to downtown, but in a very quiet place. From my room even though it was ground floor I could see the sea, which is always a good thing.

Our stay was fabulous! We were welcomed by Nikos who is very friendly and shows a genuine interest in helping his guests make the most of their stay in Zakynthos. The property is very beautiful, carefully maintained and the gardens are a colorful display not just of flowers but of good taste. Our studio was cosy, super clean and well-equipped. We found everything we needed and it was cleaned daily. There is also private parking in the property and the location is simply perfect.

Almost everything. Clean, perfectly equipped apartment with efficient airco, beautiful garden outside. Very helpful staff that drives guests from and to the airport. Trips organized by the owner are of high value and comfort.

For me, the location was perfect. I so enjoyed having the water view and being able to see Zakynthos town and the coast of the Peloponnese from my balcony. The room was spacious and I appreciated having the small kitchen. Elena and her daughter were so friendly and helpful when I needed something. The walk to Zakynthos town is about 25 minutes (I walk slowly) and is very pleasant because you’re following the water the entire time. I highly recommend staying here.

The most exquisite and clean apartment I have ever lived in! If you have a mysophobia, this apartment is highly recommended. Grandma Marieana is very kind and polite. She prepared juice and mineral water for me. The location is absolutely in the city center. I hope to come again next time!
