The owner is very kind! She welcomed us like her family. The room was spotless, everything was new and the balcony was spacious. Near the house there is plenty of space for parking. Also, the center of Nea Peramos is within the walking distance.

Incredible beachfront apartment. The view is exquisite. There are beach beds & umbrellas on the sand in front, exclusively for the apartment complex - heaven! All facilities in the apartment were new and worked well - good wifi, large fridge, adequately stocked kitchen (although could have used some oil, salt etc), and good bath/shower with an attachment on the wall. The hosts were accommodating and let us check in early AND extend our stay by a night. Parking was easy with a gravel patch next to the complex.
