The host was extremely welcoming, super super warm, incredibly friendly, no words are enough to describe how pleasantly surprised we were. It was like we were family long departed and now reunited. He showed us the room, recieving us earlyer than the check-in time(because our schedule changed), ready to make any changes we would ask for, even thou it was nothing extra to ask for, because everything was incredibly awsome. !!! Oh, worthy to mention: We had this great room located across the street from this nice tavern wich had live music late in the night. I thought it'll be noisy and will be hard to sleep, yet the room was so quiet. Those doors are great, they successfully keep all the noise out. Can't wait to return and we deffinately recommend the place to anyone.

Great communication with the host. The apartment was very clean and cozy, recently renovated. Very quiet area despite being close to the beach. Overall a very relaxing and trouble-free experience. Would stay again for sure.

This place was simply perfect. I had such a great night at the house and even recommended it to friends and family. It was the best place I stayed at in Greece. The shower omg - it felt more like a spa hotel than the spa hotel I stayed at the night before. Everything was clean, modern and new. I loved the design. And the security system and gates made me feel safe there!

I enjoyed my vacation with 2 children in Isida lodge very much. The hosting was on top, the owners are very pleasant, attentive and polite. The lodge itself is very stylish and good equipped for having a rest, for cooking, even for work cause there is a place for work. It took about 10-15 minutes to walk to the good beach on foot with small kids. So location is quite good. I would like to return here with pleasure.

Our host has been extremely responsive and helpful already before our trip and went above and beyond when it came to supporting us with different requests (we arrived on the night before the general elections’ Sunday, when all shops were closed and she even did some basic grocery shopping for us, so we were all good till Monday morning!). Elina has been one the best hosts we have had in many years of travels and it’s been a pleasure to be her guests. The cottage is well equipped, close to the sea (probably 5-6 minutes walk to Paralia Mprexiza and Magko Beach Bar, maybe even less) and in a quiet neighbourhood. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, which was important for me as I was working from the house and needed a stable connection. Big advantage are the mosquito nets, which are installed on all windows and the main door, so one can safely air the house even in the evenings without having to worry about a disturbed night and bites. There are plenty of toys inside and also outside the house, so young children will also easily amuse themselves and won’t get bored fast. There’s a special filter for the tap water in the kitchen, which one can use to refill bottles or simply drink from the tap good quality water.

The location was good to see the historical sites in Marathon. The walkway at the beach (7 minute walk) was great for our night-time run/walk. The host helped us understand what we needed to do to access home and gate. We parked our car for free in a public lot about 3 minutes walk.
