Beautiful Hotel with Boutique like feel for a reasonable rate. Room is Spacious, Clean & Comfortable. The Highlight is the sit out Balcony. The property is about 100m from Ios Port and the main Bus Stand. If you are here for a short stay, this is good. The main town of Chora is 1km uphill and the happening area of Milopotas is about 5km away.

First, we were greeted from Yannis, which is the best thing that could happen to any guest. He gave us a map and told us everything we should know about the Island. It is so useful that you don't need nothing more, even if we stop with that is enough, but no... :) The accommodation is like a studio for 3 persons (even we were 2 actually), it is big enough with a small kitchen, but you have everything you need as a facilities there, great wifi, great AC, wonderful garden, barbeque, and big enough balcony with very comfortable pillows and actually you can lie on them, because it is like two sofas. The atmosphere in the garden is very, really very nice, cozy and relaxing. The place is less than 5 min walk to the beach and 10 min to the port where you can find bakery, restaurants and 2 small shops, very convenient. We were by own car and I don't know where is the bus stop, but definitely there is one on the port. There is free parking. Whatever I say could not be enough for Yannis and the place. We really liked this place and definitely come back. I recommend it for sure.

The pool was absolutely amazing!!! Great value for your money! Stayed in the quadruple room and nothing fancy but really great price for the location, pool and staff!!
