A fantastic villa as the pictures suggest, located in a quiet part of the village next to a hotel. The property has lots of space; all the bedrooms are set-up nicely and the lounge area very comfortable. The outside pool area is lovely. The villa is a 5 minute drive to the local shops (great bakery!) and marina area. We stayed before the summer season started so most restaurants closed but they were busily being set-up. Local coast line provided many beach and snorkelling areas. A great luxurious base to explore the coast north and south of Sivota. Highly recommend this Villa.

The location and view is breathtaking! The hosts are very nice, smile and helpful. They take care about their guests. The toilets and showers are really clean. No problem with electricity. You can find it everywhere when You need. The market and bar are also at Your hand.

New, very clean villas with everything required. Extremely clean pool. Spectacular views. Very friendly staff. Great for a quiet relaxing holiday. I highly recommend this property and when possible will return. Lovely part of Greece away from mass tourism. Plataria and Igoumenitsa both have good beaches and restaurants.
