Sea is 10 minutes walking max Small fish market and butchery is around the corner too- actually in the old town. The kitchenette has everything for cooking, including small stove

Fantastic stay with fantastic hosts! We liked the quiet location not far from the train station. We walked pretty much everywhere, but the tram was available to take you down to the promenade. Staff was so helpful and nice. Hotel was very clean and lovely.

First of all I’d like to thank an amazing host, she was nice and caring and made my stay perfect. The apartment is very clean and cozy. The location was great - close to the centre and the beach. I really recommend it for solo trip.

The apartment was larger than I expected (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large common space). The hosts were AMAZING - we had lost our luggage, and they provided us with extra toiletries, supplies, and support.

A comfortable and perfectly clean apartment at the best possible location - near the Promenade, next to the tram stop. There is a direct tram line to/from the airport. The street is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants and takes you towards the Old Nice. The owners of the property are very kind and hospitable. The place is perfect for families with children. We would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.

Everything! Fantastic location and the views were amazing. Super close to the tram line and a Carrefour supermarket two mins away along with an amazing local bakery. The apartment had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Susanna greeted us warmly at the property and showed us around. She was very helpful with any queries we had.

It is a great and specious apartment with many amenities that make our stay excellent. The apartment was very clean and in a quite area, and within a walking distance to sightseeing spots. It was very easy to reach it from the airport. The host Muriel is very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate. She made our stay in Nice even more pleasant. We will definitely be happy to return and strongly recommend Muriel as an excellent host.

We stayed in a love little apartment, it had all the basics needed. There is a fridge, hob and microwave in the room along with a coffee machine. There is a lovely private terrace. Room was very comfortable. Parking available which is a huge bonus in Nice. The host was extremely friendly and communicative.
