The owner is kind and caring! They always talk to me, so I feel safe even if I travel alone. The bathroom is also clean, and it is very good to be able to use the refrigerator and microwave oven. wifi is well connected. I would like to visit the owner again when I am in Nice.

O apartamento está decorado de forma harmoniosa e é muito acolhedor e confortável, encontrando-se devidamente equipado com todas as comididades, nomeadamente ar condicionado. Situa-se no quinto andar de um edifício muito bonito com elevador e no centro da cidade, a uma curta distância do supermercado Carrefour, pastelarias e da estação de comboios Requier. Este é um apartamento altamente recomendado para uma visita a Nice.

From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.

It was a perfect choice to stay in Rose&Ive Appartment. Cozy and elegant atmosphere of this place made my stay here exceptional. Comfortable rooms, clean bathroom, all kitchen equipment included. Location was also perfect, I slept as a child ; ) Friendly host Lee I definitelly will come again and recomend my to friends
